The PDR light enables you thru it's reflection to not only view the dent in a larger manner but also to read the tip of your tool. Unless you livewhere there is a constant outdoor light source you will need a PDR light. Reflector boards are great but have to occasionally be changed as your light source ( the sun ) rotates.

The PDR light is your most consistentsource of light and all students are well trained in our center toeffectively utilize it. Reading the dent becomes amazingly easy withthe proper lighting and Instruction. Thru a PDR light you will find distortions of the dent much more easily allowing you to concentrate on the dent and it's removal instead of constant reflector board adjustments.

The most critical part of Paintless Dent Removal is being able to read the tip of your tool under the sheet metal. With our PDR light and proper instruction you will learn how to perfect this. Applying pressure otherthan to the dent itself will result in damage to the vehicle.

Reading the tip of the tool is almost impossible to learn from a video, we do not recommend them. Beware of those who sell these products,It's a quick buck for them and the student almost always requires training.

Train on Vertical Panels

Many companies train you on flat panels (Bonnets, Boot lids, etc), However, in real life most repairs are required on vertical panels (Doors, Front/Rear Wings, etc) which are harder to repair. Analysis of are work over many years has shown 95% of our repairs have been on vertical panels. We believe you should learn to cope with real life situations from the beginning.

Train with Nylon Tipped Tools

Nylon tipped tools are harder to work with initially, however they reduce the amount of high spots that standard tools create.
